Terms of Service

These terms apply to the orra app for Mac, the orra account, Friends, subscriptions and this website (together, “the service”). In these terms, “orra”, “we” and “us” mean the team that makes orra, and “you” means the person who uses it. By using the service or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the Subscription & Refund Policy.

The service

orra is a desktop app that runs a team of AI agents on your Mac. The agents work through the AI providers that you connect. orra does not provide AI models itself.

Your account

You need an orra account for Friends, the free trial and a subscription. Keep your sign-in safe: what happens under your account is your responsibility. Give a working email address, so that we can reach you about your account and payments. One person may not use several accounts to get more free trials.

The free trial

New accounts get a 1-day free trial. It is given once per account and once per device. No payment is needed to start it. When it ends, you need a subscription to keep using the paid features.

Subscriptions and prices

  • Plans. 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The prices are shown on the pricing page in USDT. The price of an order is fixed when the order is made.
  • How to pay. In USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only. Send the exact amount shown in the payment window to the address shown, before the time runs out. An order that is not paid in time expires.
  • When it starts. A subscription starts when the payment is confirmed, or at the end of the period you already have, whichever is later. Paying again adds the new period to the end of the current one.
  • No automatic renewal. We never charge you. Each period is paid by hand, and a subscription simply ends at the end of the paid period.
  • The one-time offer. We may show an account a one-time offer: 1 month for 44 USDT. It belongs to that account, can be used once, and expires 24 hours after it is first shown.

We may change prices for future orders. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Your AI providers, keys and costs

You connect your own AI providers and use your own accounts, subscriptions and API keys with them. You are responsible for:

  • following each provider’s terms and usage policies;
  • any fees the provider charges you;
  • keeping your keys and accounts safe.

orra stores your keys only on your Mac and does not pay for your provider usage.

What your agents do

Agents act on your instructions and with the access you give them: files, the built-in browser, your accounts, tools and connectors. Review what you approve. You are responsible for the actions your agents take on your behalf, including messages they send and changes they make in other services.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • break the law or the rights of others;
  • send spam, harass people or spread malware;
  • break into systems, accounts or data you have no right to access;
  • break or overload the orra servers, or get around limits, the trial or payments;
  • copy, resell or sublicense the paid service as your own.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. When we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Your content

What you create with orra is yours. Your local data stays on your Mac. We only handle what the Privacy Policy describes, such as Friends messages until they are delivered.

Other services

orra connects to services that we do not control: AI providers, websites, MCP servers, plugins and the TRON network. Their own terms apply. We are not responsible for how they work or for what they do with your data.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it working well, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available. AI models can produce wrong or harmful output. Check it before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, orra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This includes lost profits, lost data, and costs from your AI providers or other services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may stop offering the service, or a part of it. If we stop a paid service before your paid period ends, we refund the unused part.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change matters for you, we say so on the website or in the app before it applies. Using the service after that means that you accept the new terms.
