Subscription & Refund Policy

Effective

This policy explains how orra subscriptions end and how to get your money back. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel. orra subscriptions do not renew automatically, and we never charge you. Each period is paid by hand in USDT. When the paid period ends, the subscription simply ends. To keep using orra, pay for a new period.

Refunds within 14 days

You can get a full refund within 14 days of the payment date. Ask Support from the email of your orra account and include:

  • the order number from the payment window, or the transaction hash;
  • the email of the orra account.

We refund in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20), to the address the payment came from. The network fee for the refund transfer is taken from the refunded amount. If you paid from an exchange, the refund goes to that same address. Check with your exchange that it can receive the transfer.

When the refund is sent, the subscription period that the payment gave ends.

After 14 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where these terms say otherwise.

Wrong amounts and double payments

Send the exact amount shown in the payment window. If something goes wrong, write to Support with the order number or the transaction hash:

  • Underpaid. A payment below the order amount does not start a subscription. We can count it toward the order once you send the difference, or refund it.
  • Overpaid. We start the subscription and refund the extra amount, or add it toward your next period, as you choose.
  • Paid twice or after the order expired. We match the payment to your account by hand. You choose to add it as another period or to get it back.

Refunds in these cases follow the same rules as above: USDT on TRON, to the sending address, minus the network fee.

The one-time offer

The one-time offer gives 1 month for 44 USDT. It belongs to one account, can be used once, and expires 24 hours after it is first shown. A payment with the offer can be refunded within 14 days like any other. A refund does not bring the offer back.

How long it takes

We reply to a refund request within 2 business days. An approved refund is sent within 5 business days. A transfer on the TRON network usually arrives within minutes.
